Packing and Shipping

1. The most firmly packaging way to protect the product from damage, various packing material for choice: EVA wrapped, plywood box, plywood crate or metal crate.

2. Various shipping way available for customer's decision: by truck, by sea, by air etc.

Q1.What kind of materials you use to make products.

- We specialize in making sculptures, statues with various materials, like stainless steel, corten steel, copper, stone ect. Especial to combine the different materials into articles, make it art and decorate your space more attractive.

Q2.Do you provide the custom service?

- Yes, OEM and ODM service is available for customer. We can make products as per customer’s drawing, 3D file, model, full views of pictures etc. 

Q3. Can you provide sample before order confirmed?

- The sample requirement can be negotiated between us based on the order details.

Q4. Do you provide the installation service?

- Yes, we can send our technicians to assist customer in installing products. If customer requests an installation team, we can support as well.

Q5. What is your delivery time?

- Normally it’s about 30-35 days after order confirmed. If for special, both sides can discuss case by case.
